Built in 1842 and was located on the Northwest corner of Main and St. Paul Streets.

American Hotel

Built in 1830 on Main Street between Genesee Street and what is now Lafayette Square.

Eagle Tavern

Owned by Benjamin Rathburn in 1825. It was considered one of the best taverns of its kind in the country and was a popular congregating place for the young and old men who gathered there to discuss the questions of moment.

Tippecanoe Log Cabin

Erected at the corner of Main and Eagle Streets by the Whigs of Buffalo on March 18th, 1840 in honor of Harrison and Tyler.
